Custom Process
Demand Communication and Solution Design
The customer specifies the specifications, materials, application, and quantity of the customized aluminum profile. The manufacturer conducts a feasibility analysis based on these requirements and preliminarily designs a customized solution, including cross-sectional structure and dimensional parameters.
Drawing Confirmation and Quotation
The manufacturer submits the detailed design drawings to the customer for review. Once the customer confirms the accuracy, the manufacturer calculates and provides an accurate quote based on the drawings, material costs, processing technology, and other factors, and both parties reach an agreement on the price.
Mold Development and Fabrication
If the cross-section of the customized aluminum profile is non-standard, the manufacturer will develop a dedicated mold based on the confirmed drawings. After the mold is fabricated, a trial mold will be conducted to ensure that the profile blank meets the requirements.
Raw Material Procurement and Preparation
The manufacturer purchases raw materials such as aluminum ingots or aluminum bars of the appropriate grades and specifications based on the customized solution and performs pre-treatment, such as removing impurities and homogenizing, in preparation for the subsequent extrusion process.
Extrusion Processing
The pre-treated raw materials are heated to the appropriate temperature and extruded through the die to form an aluminum profile that meets the designed cross-section. Parameters such as extrusion speed and temperature are controlled to ensure profile quality.
Subsequent Processing
Aging treatment is performed on extruded aluminum profiles to increase their hardness. Surface treatments such as anodizing, electrophoretic coating, and powder coating are also applied as needed. Further processing such as cutting and drilling is also possible.
Quality Inspection and Correction
The finished aluminum profiles undergo a comprehensive quality inspection, including dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and mechanical properties. Any defects are promptly corrected.
Packaging and Delivery
Qualified aluminum profiles are packaged according to customer specifications to prevent damage during transportation. Logistics arrangements are then made for safe delivery to customers.
