Shandong Jinchang Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd has always regarded quality control as the core link of production management, from source control to factory inspection, and has built a complete set of rigorous, efficient and traceable quality management system to ensure that each batch of aluminum profiles meets the standards, is stable and can be used with confidence.

Strict Raw Material Screening
We use high-purity aluminum ingots from traceable, high-quality suppliers, and we conduct spectral analysis and composition testing to ensure quality control at the source.

Process Control
Key processes such as extrusion, aging, and surface treatment are fully automated with parameter control, and real-time tracking is performed through the MES system to ensure process stability.

Intermediate Inspection and Random Inspection
Each process has inspection points for random inspections of dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and surface quality. Any abnormalities are promptly isolated and the cause traced.

Pre-shipment Full Inspection and Performance Testing
All products must undergo comprehensive inspections for appearance, hardness, film thickness, and adhesion, and a test report is issued to ensure customer acceptance.
