Material strength and stability
Aluminum extruded tubes are mainly made of 6063 series aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of up to 205MPa, suitable for industrial application scenarios with clear requirements for structural strength and forming performance.
Diverse specifications
Product specifications cover 15 to 160 series, supporting common V-groove and T-groove designs, with groove widths of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm respectively. The standardized cross-section system can adapt to different load levels and installation spacing requirements in machinery, automation, rails or structural support systems, and facilitate quick docking with existing connectors in industrial frame systems.
Diverse surface treatment methods
Aluminum extruded tubes support a variety of surface processes such as anodizing, spraying, electroplating, and polishing. Surface roughness and coating thickness can be adjusted according to application requirements. After anodizing, the thickness of the oxide film can be controlled at 10-25μm, which improves the surface corrosion resistance and hardness, and is suitable for exposed parts with protection requirements.
Supports deep processing and structural expansion
The product can be cut and punched according to project requirements, and can be equipped with mounting brackets or side panel flanges. Supports modular assembly and the use of standard connectors, suitable for rapid deployment of industrial automation equipment, conveying systems or mechanical frame structures.
