Alloy strength
Aluminum window frame profiles are mainly made of 6061 and 6063 series aluminum alloys. The tensile strength of 6063-T5 series aluminum alloys is between 160-180 MPa, which is suitable for medium-loaded window frame structures; the tensile strength of 6061-T6 series aluminum alloys can reach 260 MPa, which is suitable for scenes requiring enhanced frame connections.
Rich surface treatment methods
The product surface supports a variety of industrial standard processes, including anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, PVDF fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain thermal transfer, etc. Taking anodizing as an example, the thickness of the oxide film can be controlled between 10-25μm, which can improve corrosion resistance and increase surface hardness.
Customizable
The product provides color customization services, including standard colors such as black, gray, and white, as well as RAL color card customization options to match the overall color of the building facade. In addition, the product also supports customization of profile molds and opening structures according to project requirements, such as drainage grooves, slide rails, insulation strip grooves, etc., to enhance compatibility with glass, hardware accessories and sealing systems.
