High Strength
The aluminum screen frame profile for doors is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of ≥205MPa and a yield strength of ≥180MPa. Such strength means that the profile can withstand repeated pushing and pulling, collision and self-weight pressure of the door leaf for a long time after installation, and will not deform after continuous use for 5 years.
Good Thermal Insulation
The frame profile adopts a broken bridge design, that is, a layer of non-metallic thermal insulation material is added in the middle of the aluminum profile to disconnect the indoor and outdoor aluminum connections, effectively preventing indoor and outdoor cold and heat exchange, keeping warm in winter and insulating in summer, and reducing air conditioning energy consumption.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The surface of the profile is treated with anodizing technology to form an oxide film with a thickness of ≥10μm, which can effectively isolate oxygen and moisture in the air and prevent oxidation reaction of the aluminum, so that the frame can be used outdoors for more than 5 years without rust and discoloration.
