High Strength
This 10x10 extruded blind is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of up to 160MPa and a yield strength of up to 110MPa. When encountering strong winds or external impacts, the blinds are not easy to bend or loose, and are suitable for installation on the exterior walls of high-rise buildings or windy coastal areas.

Small Dimensional Tolerance
10x10 window louver extrusion shutters are extruded by high-precision molds, combined with automated cutting and dimensional detection, to control the dimensional error within ±1%, which can ensure tight docking during installation, avoid problems such as skewed window frames, greatly save construction time, and reduce rework rates.

Strong Corrosion Resistance
Through surface treatment processes such as sandblasting, anodizing, electrophoresis or powder spraying, a dense oxide film or coating is formed on the surface of the blinds, which effectively isolates air and moisture from contacting the internal aluminum material, so that it can be used outdoors for more than 5 years without obvious rust.

High Ventilation Rate Design
This blind adopts 30° fixed angle bevel blades and 30mm fixed spacing blade arrangement, which maximizes the air flow path per unit area, and the overall ventilation efficiency reaches more than 60%, which is particularly suitable for places with high requirements for ventilation and heat dissipation such as machine rooms and factories.
