Strong Corrosion Resistance
After anodizing, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of the profile, which effectively blocks oxygen and moisture from contacting the aluminum body, so that the profile will not have problems such as oxidation discoloration, spots or corrosion perforation when used outdoors for 10-15 years.
High Surface Hardness
After anodizing, the surface hardness of the aluminum profile can reach 350-400 HV (Vickers hardness), which is 3-4 times higher than that of untreated aluminum alloy. It is not easy to be scratched by keys, tools, etc. in daily use, and it can still maintain a bright appearance after long-term use.
Good Thermal Conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum profiles can reach 200-220 W/(m·K), which is 12-14 times that of stainless steel. It can quickly transfer heat from the high temperature area to the entire material surface, thereby achieving rapid heat dissipation, which helps electronic equipment, lamps and heat dissipation devices to extend their service life.
Mirror Gloss Effect
After high-precision polishing, the surface roughness of the aluminum profile is as low as Ra≤0.05μm, and the reflectivity is as high as 85%, showing a mirror-like bright reflective effect, which is suitable for use as electronic product shells or building decorative panels with high appearance requirements.
